This has been my dinner for the last month. I either eat Meat/Fish with vegetables. Funnily enough I haven't started this healthy lifestyle because of the new year but because of my severe eczema. I'm not going to explain to much about it as I am reserving that for a post of it's own but basically because of my skin condition I cannot go near Dairy, Eggs & Gluten. I've had to cut out all processed foods because they nearly all contain one of the food above. It's been a hard adjustment and I'm still getting used to it but my eczema is literally gone now..
You look so pretty in the first pic! This dinner looks very healthy indeed. I've never had to have any food restrictions but I can imagine that living without eggs and dairy would be quite a challenge.

Sorry to hear about your eczema, I know a lot of people that have it. You look absolutely stunning in that picture x

It's too bad about your eczema! It's good that it is gone though. I had a little bit, but it went away pretty fast when I used a special cream. I'm also off gluten too, because I'm celiac ♥

I have severe eczema too I feel your pain, i'm currently having to take oral steroids to calm it down, the annoying thing about mine is that the doctors tested all dairy products etc and said i'm fine with them so I don't know where to start to make mine go away. x
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem

because it acts up more.

So happy your eczema's gone <3 This must be difficult to adjust to however and more expensive! I don't eat processed foods myself and prefer home made as you never know what ingredients are in them! Love clean eating but its more expensive but definitely worth the effort! I notice you don't need to eat as much either as it fills you up more x

Beautiful pic! I'm sorry that you have food allergies. Me too. Dairy and gluten is a no go for me as well. I'm glad that your eczema is gone now. Since I don't eat that stuff anymore I'm feeling so much better. Happy Friday pretty!!

I definitely know the feeling of having eczema. Mine is mostly brought on by dry skin and cold weather. Good luck! :)

I'm sorry for your eczema, I myself had a food allergy a few years ago and I couldn't eat gluten so I kind of know how you feel. Still, your diet is very restricted. The good thing about it is, I remember I felt a lot better, my skin looked better and it was easy to stay slim even without much exercise. However, after a year it turned out my allergy was gone and my doctor said it often happens, so I hope maybe yours will go away, too! :)
